Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through The Perfect Job website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below and our privacy policy, found here.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES

In searching for the perfect job, you may provide us with information such as your name, email address, telephone number, C.V., experience, a profile picture, minimum salary requirements and other important information which will be shared with relevant hiring managers at companies we work with. In using this site, you agree to providing true and accurate information about yourself and to promptly update your personal information with us if needed to ensure your profile with us always to be true, accurate and current.

You agree not to create a profile with us with false information or on behalf of someone other than yourself.

If you are under the age of 18 years of age, you can use this service only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

If for any reason your profile is banned, under no circumstances are you to create a new profile with us. 

The Perfect Job does not guarantee that you will obtain employment or offers for employment through this site.

We are not responsible or liable for any agreements between prospective employers and users of our site.

A candidate is required to notify The Perfect Job through support@theperfectjob.ie once they accept a company’s offer of employment and start date as well as termination date if the situation should arise.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPANIES

Through using The Perfect Job, we are allowing you to connect with sales, tech and support candidates whom are open to receiving employment opportunities.

Transparency is important to us at The Perfect Job and is the reason we disclose to you each candidate's name, salary requirements, profile, and the company the candidate currently works for.  Candidate details are sent to the company on the express understanding that they are to be treated in the strictest confidence by those who view them and under no circumstances are to be shared with other companies/ third parties.  

Under no circumstances, can the company take up any references or make any contact with a candidate outside The Perfect Job without our prior written permission to do so. 

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the company you are searching for candidates for is aware that you are acting on their behalf and has given you full authority to do so (we only deal directly with hiring managers at companies and not recruitment companies).  

A company which in any way discriminates on sex, age or race will be banned permanently from The Perfect Job.  

Under no circumstances will The Perfect Job be held responsible for mis-information.

We make no guarantee to you that you will find talent by using our marketplace, and you confirm that you accept that we have no liability whatsoever nor is there any responsibility arising from candidates providing incorrect information when employed in the position you have advertised or for any agreements between employers and prospective candidates.

If for any reason your account is banned, under no circumstances are you to create a new account.

If one employee of your company is banned, the ban will apply to every other employee at that company regardless of whether they were abiding by the above terms and conditions. Confidentiality and trust are of the utmost importance to us at The Perfect Job and to the high-calibre of talent whom we work with on the marketplace. 

The company is required to notify The Perfect Job through support@theperfectjob.ie once the selected candidate accepts the company’s offer of employment. Please also notify us of the start date as well as termination date if the situation should arise.

The company is fully responsible for letting us know of any updates needed to ensure the information being displayed/ given to candidates is fully correct and accurate at all times.

There is no charge to look for candidates on our marketplace – our success fee of 15% of the hire’s first year base salary or 1.5% of the first years salary paid monthly over 12 months (18%) will be charged to your company once you hire a candidate through The Perfect Job. This fee must be paid within 30 days of the hired candidate’s start date. 

If a candidate identified through our marketplace is promoted to you and is subsequently hired by your company within 12 months of the date in which your company first viewed the candidate through our marketplace (regardless of whether or not they accepted an interview request), you will be charged our success fee of 15% plus an additional 10% in form of a fine for breaking our terms and conditions by not informing us of the hire. Using our marketplace to source employees and then contacting them outside our platform through other platforms or means of communication will not be accepted and will lead to a lifetime ban from our platform. 

Under no circumstances are you to request an interview from a candidate if you are unable to offer the candidate’s minimum salary requirements.

PAYMENT

The 15% success fee of candidate's  base salary must be paid within 30 days of the hired candidate joining the company. The company can also opt to pay on a monthly basis at a fee of 1.5% of the annual salary paid monthly over 12 months (18% in total). This is to facilitate companies, in particular start ups.

If for any reason your account is not settled within the designated time, a 5% late payment fee will be issued for each month overdue.

Your prompt payment is very much appreciated.

PRIVACY

We collect and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy which can be accessed here. By using this site, you agree to it’s collection and use and agree that the information provided by you to be correct at all times.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will The Perfect Job be held liable for damages of any kind as a result of your use of this website or through offering a position to a prospective candidate, or accepting a job obtained through this website.

The Perfect Job only facilitates the introduction of candidates to companies and vice versa. We do not guarantee any candidate or employer details nor do we accept any responsibility for candidates whom you may hire. The Service we provide to the company is one of introduction and we make no warranty express or implied, as to the suitability of any candidate, their skills, qualifications and integrity, medical condition or history, regardless of the contents of any written or verbal representations made to the company. The Perfect Job excludes all liability it may have to you to the fullest extent permitted by law (and whether such liability arises in contract, tort or otherwise) as a result of your use of our website or through employing a candidate or accepting a position obtained directly or indirectly through our website. 

We will also not be held liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damage resulting from the transmission from our website to your computer systems of viruses or destructive items of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude theperfectjob.ie’s liability for death or personal injury caused by theperfectjob.ie’s negligence, for fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Other than the above, we will not be liable to you for any economic, special, indirect or consequential losses incurred by you through the use of this site.

INDEMNITY

You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Perfect Job against claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including without limitation court costs and reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, including but not limited to the following:
  • The user’s use of the site or any part thereof
  • Violation of the terms and conditions or privacy policy by the user
  • The user’s content
  • Use or misuse by the user or third parties of the user’s account/ profile 
  • Violation of any third party right including without limitation any copyright, property or privacy right

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

While all efforts have been made to ensure that the information on this website is correct, The Perfect Job, does not warrant the accuracy of information obtained on this website. The information provided on this website is subject to change at any time without notice. Where errors or omissions are brought to our attention, we will endeavour to make amendments as quickly as possible.

Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure a reasonable standard of integrity and reliability of our platform, we do not warrant that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. The website is provided on an “as is” or “as available” basis, but from time to time, our site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of maintenance or repair, system failure, or other reasons beyond our control. We disclaim to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law all warranties, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All efforts will be made to ensure that interruption to our site is minimum, but we will not be held liable to you for any loss or damage suffered, of any nature whatsoever as a result of you using our website or our service.

We have the appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures in place to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure as required by law and in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We may update our terms and conditions from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we change our terms and conditions, we will post the revised terms and conditions on our site with an updated “Last Updated” date. All changes to our terms and conditions are effective immediately once we post changes on our site.
